Out-of-the-box integration to Microsoft Exchange Server and Office products is included. By providing a CRM system that is easily integrated into Microsoft Exchange Server a single integrated views on Contacts, Appointments and Tasks can be provided across all sales staff. All client interface and contact can be managed by sales staff with one Outlook client interface (as opposed to a CRM system and a separate contact manager). Running CRM and Exchange Server together has the additional benefit of being able to track all client communications on a lead or service case automatically. All Microsoft CRM interfaces are fully configurable - unlike other online CRM applications. This means that all screen views, data views, security settings can be tailored using your existing Active Directory structure

Often backup’s simply do not occur (or fail) and the last-good-backup is unusable.
