By leveraging the RightServ virtual server infrastructure, smaller, lower cost DR servers can be provided, together with cost effective file level or block level data replication to a secure offsite data centre. This provides the best combination of low cost DR, together with reasonable recovery times.
Live data replication
RightServ using industry leading data replication software from EMC running on servers at the production and DR site. This software ensures that data is continuous replicated offsite to a secure DR server. Data replication occurs over secure encrypted VPN and/or dedicated WAN data links
Utilise DR for other purposes
In addition the DR server itself is available should the client require this for other purposes (e.g.: patching and testing). This provides a further mechanism to leverage the cost of DR for your company.
Full management & support
RightServ will ensure the backups are working at all times and plan the failover and failback process with your risk management team.
All RightServ services are provided through a single service contract, with SLA attached
